Devan Pietrzak

Devan Pietrzak is a first year student from Chicago, currently studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Tulane University. When she's not in class, she enjoys playing viola, baking, hiking and journaling. Her love of writing was initially sparked in high school while working as a news editor for her school paper. She hopes to transfer her love of writing and journalism skills to the Her Campus platform so that she can effectively write more honest and engaging pieces. Through her writing, she ultimately aims to create content that is both relatable and empowering.
