Chloe Baxter

Hi everyone! I'm a junior at Augustana College, majoring in Political Science and Multimedia Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC). As I'm aspiring to become an attorney, and to ultimately receive my J.D. and a PhD in Political Science, I'm all about mastering the art of argumentation and storytelling.

I'm originally from the sunshine state of Florida but sought out the wintery weather of the Midwest! I love to travel and explore new places and am working on making it to all 50 states in the United States.

When I'm not engrossed in textbooks or chasing down leads for my job at the campus newspaper, I love watching movies and getting lost in the pages of a gripping novel, I also tend to read the news a little bit too much, although this is in part due to my involvement in the campus Politics Club, as the host of the WAUG News radio show, and my background studying politics. I'm involved in a few other clubs around campus as well, like the Socratic Society, AMUN Club, and Legal Association, among others.

I can also be found working with first-years around campus in my role as a Community Advisor (CA), which I'm entering into my third year of doing!
