Abigail Mann

Abigail Mann is on the writing team at the Her Campus Richmond London chapter. She covers topics relating to activism, entertainment, fashion, news, and travel.
Before Her Campus, Abigail founded the Current Events club at her high school because of her interest in journalism. She was also a leader in her school chapter of Amnesty International where she planned events, fundraisers, and drives. She has taken classes and programs from Georgetown University and Columbia University to expand her knowledge of human rights, international law, public policy, and social justice. In March 2023, Abigail participated in National Advocacy Day in Washington D.C. through the Tourette Association of America where she advocated for people with Tourette Syndrome by presenting policies to her local and state representatives. Abigail also had a YouTube channel called Lavender and Sage where she reviewed LGBTQ+ representation in media. Abigail is a freshman at the University of Southern California majoring in public policy. She is currently studying abroad for the Fall 2023 semester at Richmond American University London.
In her free time, Abigail enjoys rock climbing, reading, and watching coming-of-age movie marathons with her friends. She is obsessed with Studio Ghibli films, Halloween, her three corgis, and everything pink. She is an avid Phoebe Bridgers fan (a.k.a. “Pharb”) and loves going to concerts when possible. Abigail spends a good portion of her life attempting to achieve her goals of being like her idols, Elle Woods and Dolly Parton.
