For the past 10 months, I have been paying my way to Europe. It was not easy to do and made me realize that I have no idea how to budget.

For 17 days, I will be traveling from city to city, and I am beyond excited. I am going with EF Ultimate Break with a group of people between 18 – 29 years old. They had a set number of planned activities and also gave us days to explore the cities on our own.

We are starting in London, somewhere I have dreamed of because of my shameless obsession with One Direction. We are spending a few days there before heading to Amsterdam.

I have slowly been making a list of places to visit while I am in each city. There are not enough words to describe how excited I am, and it still doesn’t feel real.

After Amsterdam, we are making our way to the city of love – Paris. I have heard mixed reviews about Paris, but I am excited to experience the atmosphere. There will be many pictures of me standing in front of the Eiffel tower and the day trip to Versailles.

From Paris we are going to the Swiss Alps where I am taking a trip up a mountain to yodel. I wish I was making that up, but that is what I was told from blogs.

I do feel like I am going to embarrass myself at some point on this trip, but I want a lot of stories to tell.

After the excitement from Leucine and the Swiss Alps, we are spending some quiet days in the Venice region. These two days will be filled with walking around the city (and hopefully finding a gift for my mom).

With the last four days in Europe, we will make a quick stop in Florence before heading to Rome. At this point I will (hopefully) have planned my future by moving to Europe and meeting some wealthy European men.

Let’s hope that I remember to take pictures and text my mom that I am alive while I am there!
