Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite stores because of the variety of products it has to offer. Due to its cheap prices and close proximity to Wake, it’s easy to frequently stock up on delicious items. Here are ten” of my favorite finds from Trader Joe’s!

1. Chocolate Lava Cakes
If you’re a chocolate lover like me, these will satisfy your cravings. “Soft, sweet, and gooey” are the perfect words to describe these cakes. Pop them in the microwave for a few minutes and you’ll be ready to experience a mouthful of melted chocolate deliciousness.

2. Triple Creme Brie Cheese
This brie is so versatile because it can be used in several ways. You can spread some on TJ’s Golden Rounds Crackers and Ciabatta Demi-Baguette on it or simply have it stand alone on a homemade charcuterie board.

3. Lemon Elderflower Sodas
These sodas are a recent find of mine and I’ll definitely be purchasing them again soon! I’m not a huge soda person, but these light, floral, and citrusy drinks are refreshing and keep me hydrated.

4. Organic Hummus
I love hummus, and this one is one of my favorites. If you’re looking for a quick and easy snack, pair it with TJ’s Pita Chips with Sea Salt for a smooth and crunchy combination.

5. Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls
These cinnamon rolls are the perfect breakfast food for a lazy Sunday morning. I pop them into my mini waffle maker to bake them in my dorm and drizzle them with the vanilla icing that’s included. You’ll be hooked after your first bite.

6. Pumpkin Joe Joe’s
If you want a seasonal treat, pick up the Pumpkin Joe Joe’s! They’re not too sweet, yet satisfy that universal need for dessert after dinner. They taste like Fall in a bite– who could pass that up?!

7. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
I’ve been purchasing these peanut butter cups for years, and they’re amazing every time. They have the perfect ratio of chocolate to peanut butter and are easily one of the best sweet snacks to have on hand. Try them and you won’t regret it!

8. Pumpkin Madeleines
Another seasonal treat is the Pumpkin Madeleine! These soft, spongy mini cakes come in a pack of 6 and are a great breakfast food if you’re in a hurry on your way to class. The pumpkin flavor is subtle yet not overpowering, and they still provide that Fall feel.

9. Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
If you want a light and refreshing drink, try TJ’s lemonade! It’s both sweet and sour, which is the best combination in my opinion. Such a classic drink will never go out of style.

10. Flowers
It’s always nice to treat yourself, and what better way to do so than to pick up a bunch of beautiful flowers! TJ’s has a great assortment of flowers and I personally love their roses and carnations. You can pick them up for under $10 to add a little color to your dorm room!
