Interview with Isabella DiMura
What made you want to join Her Campus?
“I wanted to get involved on campus in order to make some friends. Her Campus combines a lot of my interests and the group of girls just seemed really awesome and sweet!”
What’s your major and why did you choose it?
“My major is History Education and I chose it because I always wanted to be a teacher and I have always loved history. Every history teacher I had I have absolutely loved and it really inspired me to follow in their footsteps.”
What’s a T.V. show and/or movie you are looking forward to watching?
“I am really excited for the next season of The Witcher to come out. I watched it when the first season came out and I have been wanting the second season to come out for so long. As for movies, I am really excited for the new Spider-Man movie, No Way Home.”
Do you prefer Marvel or DC movies and why?
“I prefer Marvel by far. I just think it’s a more comprehensive and connected universe than DC and I just prefer Marvel superheroes over DC.”
What are your favorite hobbies or activities to do?
“I love to read, watch movies, and go out with friends. I like to do spontaneous things with friends whether that be short road trips, hiking, shopping, really anything.”
What is your favorite way to study for school?
“Honestly, I am kind of a last minute studier. But when I actually give myself the time to study I like to make myself study guides with my notes and make flashcards. Any study material that has a lot of color or is visually appealing I love to use.”
What is your favorite thing to write about?
“I like writing about current events and culture. I will write about anything but those topics that interest me. I also like writing about self-care and other things along those lines.”
If you could eat dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would they be?
“I would eat dinner with JFK, Amelia Earhart, and Princess Diana.”
What’s your favorite place to travel to?
“I love to go to Hilton Head, South Carolina. It is such a cute little beach town and you can ride a bike everywhere. I love it. I used to go there with my friend every summer and it was so fun every time.”
What is your favorite meal?
“My favorite meal to eat is gnocchi. My Nonna used to make the best gnocchi and she would always make it for me because she knew how much I loved it. Whenever I eat them I think of her.”
