Lose the Freshman 15: Water, Water Everywhere, Have Lots and Lots to Drink

Hey there Fellow Collegiettes™

Did you know that drinking water is a vital part of shedding those unwanted pounds and keeping your diet on track? 

Today to go with my almond muffin (I had to substitute peanut butter for almond butter), my black bean wrap (also a little bit tweaked by my dining hall’s options) and a Market Mix (all delicious options courtesy of SELF Magazine’s Jump Start Diet) I had four bottles of water. Since my steel water bottle (BPA free, of course) holds 650Ml, that’s still not technically enough, according to SELF Magazine’s article on The Importance Of Staying Hydrated in the Winter. Don’t be fooled by the season, this article has tips on how to stay hydrated all year round.
