One of the best things about a large university is the wealth of resources at your fingertips. The gym in particular! At home you have to pay a monthly fee and most do not offer a surplus of aerobics classes. At the SRC and Rams Recreation Center, UNC students have the opportunity to go to over 20 aerobics classes ranging from yoga to zumba. Working out is a great and healthy way to relieve stress (as college students we KNOW stress) and to stay active when it’s dreary outside.  So grab a friend and head to a class!

Zumba is a mix of dance moves and cardio work set to pulsing beats.
