Hometown: Chino Hills, California

Studies: Elementary Education

Why Missoula:
It’s really pretty, compared to California. My grandparents have a cabin in Polson, and I was just attracted to Missoula’s beauty.

Current theme song:
Someone Like You-Adele

Favorite summer 2011 memory:
Water sports out on lake Flathead

Favorite Missoula hot spot:
Westside Lanes or my crib

Goal for the school year:
Getting accepted into the Teachers Education Program.

Something crazy you’ve done:
Went floating in the middle of a lighting storm, oh wait…I shot a tommy gun.

Favorite childhood memory:
Going to a NSync concert!

If you were stranded on an island (with no cell phone service) what three things would you bring:
Life raft (in the hopes of getting home), compass (in the hopes of getting home) chocolate (for the float home).

I am majoring in Native American Studies with a minor in English. I hope to return to reservations in Washington and Montana to improve education and give the desire to strive for a better life. I enjoy writing (Fiction), reading, hiking, and the ocassional couple hours of Pinterest! :)
