Recipe Book: Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

The dining hall always seems to have the same cookies and pies. Making a treat in your dorm kitchen breaks up the routine of the deserts that the dining hall has to offer, as well as provides you with a creative study break idea. Also, your freshly made treats can be great study snacks or pick-me-up gifts for your friends and roommates who are swamped with work. What better treat to have than one that you can make in 10 minutes and that will satisfy that sweet tooth?

Try making Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies– A great easy recipe for the peanut butter lovers out there!

Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
¼ cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups cornflakes

Directions:
1. Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add butter and peanut butter.
3. Melt and pour over cornflakes.
4. Mix together well.
5. Spoon on to a sheet of wax paper.

Makes 50 cookies.
