Upcoming Acapella Shows

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Brandeis chapter.

Why not take a break from all your work this weekend by listening to some of Brandeis’ most talented acapella groups perform?

On Sunday April 22, go to the Pollack Auditorium (next to the Rose Art Musuem) and watch Once Upon a Giraffe: Rather Be Giraffes Spring Semester Show! Rather Be Giraffes is a co-ed Brandeis acapella group that performs on and off campus. Tickets are currently being sold in Usdan for $4 and will be only $5 at the door.

Also on Sunday April 22, Brandeis’ all girls Jewish acapella group Ba’note will be performing their spring semester event. They have all new songs and will be saying goodbye to the seniors and hello to some fresh faces.

Another great way to break that finals fever is to go to Chums on Wednesday April25th at 9 pm to see Brandeis’ acapella group Voices of Soul’s spring semester show. Dress to impress and come say goodbye to the amazing singing voices of their
seniors.

Andrea is a sociology major with minors in journalism and women's and gender studies. She is currently finishing her senior year at Brandeis University. She was born and reared in Los Angeles, CA, which does mean that she is a die-hard Laker fan… Sorry Bostonians. When Andrea is not routing on her favorite basketball team, she dedicates her time to her many passions. They include reading and writing about fashion, traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends, watching reality television (she has a weak spot for Bravo), shopping, and working out.
