Finals are around the corner, and if that doesn’t make you bite your nails and pull your hair out, I don’t know what will. If you forget to book a study room three weeks in advance and lose the mad dash to the last open cubicle, your anxiety may increase tenfold. Fear not, the library isn’t Bentley’s only good study spot. No matter your study style, there are many options to take advantage of.

The Smith and Jennison Classrooms

The best thing about the Smith and Jennison classrooms is that most students don’t think to use them. Whether you’re cramming for a GB exam or working on a group project, these rooms provide optimal space. Utilize the blackboard and projectors to further enhance your studies!

LaCava

LaCava is the perfect place to conduct a group meeting or work on a project. Professors often hang out here for breakfast and lunch so this study spot is the perfect place to get impromptu feedback and advice. Multitask by grabbing a bite to eat!

Dorm Study Rooms

These rooms bring the peace and quiet of the library without the daunting walk up the Smith Stairs. They’re a great place to get away from your noisy roommates and all the distractions of your dorm room. Study by yourself or with friends!

Mail Room

The mail room is the most underrated study spot on campus. Aside from the intermittent foot traffic of students coming to check their mailboxes, the space offers individual tables and a quiet, sunlit atmosphere. Need a study break? Walk across the hall to FalconMart and energize with a quick snack!

Starbucks in Harvard Square

While you have to plan around the shuttle schedule, the trek to the Harvard Square Starbucks is well worth it! The upstairs of the trendy café offers a wide variety of seating, and the baristas walk around offering refills. Order a drink and break out the books!
