Niagara University’s NUSGA is happy to present country singer Rodney Atkins to head their spring concert at Artpark on Saturday, April 5th. It is an awesome follow up to last year’s Andy Grammer concert. As every proud Purple Eagle knows, NU is in love with country. This passion is something that is not expected from Western New Yorkers, and is usually reserved for people in the Southern states. However, we love nothing more than to knock down stereotypes!

Come this April, we are doing this by welcoming Rodney Atkins to perform for us. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Mr. Atkins, he sings such hits as “Take A Back Road,” “Farmers Daughter,” “These Are My People,” and the all-time favorite that every Purple Eagle can agree upon, “It’s America.”

Rodney Atkins shot to fame in 2003 with his hit song “Honesty.” The Tennessee-born country singer has since graced us with numerous hits that we will all get to enjoy!

Be sure to purchase your tickets in Campus Activities and enjoy this outdoor concert come April.
