What instruments do you play? “I play guitar and sing now, but I used to play piano and sax as well.”
Who are your role models? “Probably Jimi Hendrix for his innovation and guitar skills, and Paul McCartney for his lyrics and song writing, and Quentin Tarantino because he portrays creative stories in a unique way.”
What would be your ideal date? “It would probably be going to a concert we both really like and later we would walk around the streets at night together, and then I would walk her home. Maybe there might be just a kiss goodnight if it is the first date.”
What is the most important thing about a special someone? “You need to have that immediate connection, none of that bullsh*t fake conversation. It’s really important that you can be yourselves around each other.”
Where do you see yourself in seven years? “So, what, I will be 28? Hopefully I have an album out, or at least written, and I want to have a screenplay finished as well. I’ll be a history teacher so everything else is on the side, I guess.”
What is one thing on your bucket list? “I want to go see the Northern Lights with someone special. That would be awesome…”
What is your favorite spot on campus? “It’s always a good time to go to the Ferguson (Center for the Arts) – The Steve Miller Band and Ziggy Marley, dude, who doesn’t love good music?”
What is your guilty pleasure? “Probably staying in bed like literally the entire day watching Netflix. I kind of do that sometimes.”
What/who is your spirit animal? “I’ve always thought of myself as a bear. Wait, let me take one of those online quizzes and see… I got an elk, so I know that’s not a good quiz.”
