3 Ways to Start to Your Day Right (Pictured!)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCSB chapter.

Whether you had a late night cramming for your midterm or just woke up from a peaceful slumber, get a great start to your day by doing the following:

  1. Eat a good breakfast! The “Hampton” on a garlic bagel from Bagel Cafe, pictured here, was just what we needed to recharge our brain and rejuvenate our bodies.
  2. Go out and get some sun. UV rays have been shown to boost one’s mood and energy level. (And we could definitely use some of that before class.)
  3. Take some time for yourself. As busy college students, we tend to get stressed out easily. Take it easy, and use the beautiful scenery near our campus to your advantage!
