One of the first restaurants that I was told I “HAVE” to try, when arriving to the University of Cincinnati, was Keystone. Right away I understood why; no one can beat their Mac n Cheese! Having nine different types of Mac n Cheese along with having 1/2 price Mac on Mondays, it’s one of the best things around campus.
B.B. King: BBQ Chicken and Bacon
Pictured are just a couple of the different kinds of Mac n Cheese that Keystone offers. They also have Buffalo Spring Field: Buffalo Chicken + Crumbled Bleu Cheese, Green Day: Spinach + Sun Dried Tomatoes, Black Sabbath: Slow Roasted Brisket + Mushrooms,Powerhouse: Buffalo Chicken + Brisket + Jalapenos + Crumbled Bleu Cheese + Keystone Chips, Cordon Lightfoot:Grilled Chicken + Slow Roasted Ham + Swiss, Pink Floyd: Bacon + Caramelized Onions, and lastly Lovin’ Spoonful:Keystone’s Original Mac & Cheese.
These unique names and pairings are just too good to past up! Even though I love their Mac n Cheese, I understand Mac n Cheese isn’t for everyone so make sure you check out Keystone for their quesadillas (1/2 price on Tuesdays), burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. If you haven’t checked Keystone out yet, you’re definitely missing out. They have a few locations: Hyde Park, Clifton and Covington Kentucky.
