Snow Day With Characters from The 100

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JMU chapter.

If you woke up at noon today, and it was still snowy outside, then you’re in the right place. This is, in theory, what your snow day may look like with great dialogue and facial expressions provided by characters from The 100.

It’ll start out like this. You’re super stoked because snow is fun in theory, right?

And your roommates are all over that Netflix binge you proposed.

Somehow you managed to eat all of that food your mom made you buy in preparation for Storm Jonas in two hours.

But that’s no problem. You’ll just snack on that dusty granola in the back of the cupboard.

You’ve been awake for a total of three hours, so the next logical step is to nap.

Then one of your friends loses their mind and starts jumping on your bed wanting to go play outside like:

And you’re like:

They somehow convince you to carpe diem, and –as payment for your good friendship– the universe makes you eat it the second you walk outside.

Everyone is enjoying themselves for the first five minutes, and then the implications of cold weather hit you like a ton of bricks.

Your pants get wet. I repeat: your pants get wet.

People start calling you out for being bitter and you’re all:

Another nap somehow squeezes its way into your plans and you’re just grateful you’ve woken up still in 2016.

The crew makes some stellar hot chocolate.

And you settle in with your pals wondering how you’ll survive several more days of this.

Simply trying to figure out which flannel I like best.
