Older guys usually have transportation, money, and more imagination. You won’t have to give up those nice nights snuggling while watching Kill Bill, but you’ll also get to go on real dates: to museums, parks, zoos, and concerts.
2. More mature
In general, most women settle down before men. That’s why the “college culture” can be difficult to adjust to for many girls. If you date an older guy, there is a greater possibility that he will be more mature and over the unspoken bet of getting as many girls as he can. It’ll be nice to be on the same page with a guy and not have to worry about the absurd ambiguity of defining your relationship.
3. Steady job
Since he’s older, your man will probably have a steady source of income, which means you won’t have to deal with anymore date nights at Taco Bell or months of Netflix-and-Chill. Goodbye dumb YouTube videos, hello Hulu Plus membership.
4. Own place
No more kicking out roommates for some alone time. No more seeing friends as you leave his room at 6 in the morning. No more squeezing into an university-provided twin-sized bed. Your man will have his own room and you’ll finally get the privacy and domesticality that you’ve been dreaming of.
5. Bigger chance they’ll cook for you
Although it’s not ALWAYS the case, an older guy will usually depend less on Pizza Hut and more on himself. Adulting comes with cooking, even if it’s just simple grilled cheeses at midnight or steaming coffee in the morning.
