1.  I have many senior friends who are graduating this year. Please help me deal with this issue.

Don’t get sentimental on us just yet–we have 39 days left. I know it’s sad, but try not to worry too much. Change is good and we all have to graduate at some point. Hopefully your friends won’t be too far, but, regardless, it’s never too hard to send a quick text or make a call. It’s definitely hard to watch your friends graduate before you, but they’ll be around. Trust me; they don’t want to leave themselves.

2. Just had a housing lottery and most of my friends are in EC, but I’m in Hogan. Is it safe to say that I’m going to be miserable next year?

Absolutely not! EC is great, but don’t sell Hogan short. It’s in a central location and, if your window faces Broadway, then you’ll be able to scope out the line outside Bernheim more easily than anyone else (#seniornight). The suites are pretty sizeable so you’ll be able to throw plenty of “I’m a senior and I don’t care anymore” parties. Hogan is definitely the place to be. Also, it’s definitely quieter on weekends. So, during those night when all you want to do is ~netflix and chill~, you’ll be in the right environment to do so.

3. Need a place to live this summer. Any advice?

Ooh, tough one! You mean to say you’re having a difficult time finding a suitable, reasonably priced apartment in NYC? Shocker! In all seriousness, this task is definitely not easy. Do your research and reach out to friends. Post in Facebook groups and look out for sublets (your best bet). If you do enough posting and messaging, you’ll find yourself in your friend’s cousin’s college friend’s sister’s apartment in no time!
