If you’re anything like me, you have a couple best friends back home that you barely get to see anymore. When they come visit you know you two (or three) will have the best time ever. Here are just a few of the thoughts going through your mind when your BFF comes to town.
When they arrive…
Its been literal ages since we’ve hung out!!
Whether its just been a few weeks since you’ve seen them or a few months, reuniting with your bestie is the best feeling ever.
Can’t wait for all the gossip they have to tell.
Since they keep up to date with everything going on back home they have ALL the juicy deets to give you. Not to mention you have your own share of gossip from campus life to spill.
Omg they have a car. Time to get out of this isolation.
Because let’s face it, as gorgeous as this campus is, you can only handle so much before you lose your mind.
So. Many. Options. Where to go first?!?!
With the freedom of a car and an open minded BFF, you can travel to State Street or even go on an impromptu hike on one of the many beautiful trails here in SB.
Time for all the food.
You’re free to take them to any of your favorite food places or even try somewhere new! What a perfect time to go and try things on the IV food bucket list…
Crazy sing-a-longs? Yes please!
Car rides + BFF + all your favorite tunes= one heck of a great day!
But then when it’s time for them to go…
Wait…Don’t leave me so soon!
But, even great days must come to an end. This good bye always feels like one of the hardest things to do.
I miss them already *cries*
Be honest, as soon as they drive away you feel a small piece of you begin to die and immediately text them about how you miss them two minutes later.
