So we’re back to school, and maybe we’ve kept up with our summer workout routines and maybe we haven’t. But beer + Clurg having four different types of ice cream can only sustain you for so long, so whether you’re trying to spice up your workout routine or just create one altogether, we have a few apps that can help. 

Workout Trainer

Workout Trainer has a library of thousands of videos of different routines and plans. This is perfect if you have a specific time period to get in shape, and since it has everything from yoga to boot camps, it’s also great if you like switching up your workouts (that’s also v good for your bod and helps to avoid straining or injuring yourself). 

Daily Butt Workout

Hiphiphooray for big booties, so if you love what your mama gave ya but just wanted to perk a few things up here and there, this is a great app for just that. You can even do it in your dorm room if you’re like me and find the idea of walking to Fowler more daunting than exercise itself. If you’re already rockin that Kim K booty, this app also has ab, cardio, and leg versions!

Yoga Studio

For all of you yogis out there, Yoga Studio has tons of different classes anywhere from 10-60 minutes long and for every ability level, and you can also create your own classes from their library of poses. So whether you’re looking for some vinyasa or some stress-relieving meditation, this is a perfect app for those of us missing our favorite yoga studio from back home while on the mountain.

Couch to 5K

For those of us who aren’t at marathon-level fitness just yet, Couch to 5K is the perfect way to get back into shape. With 20 minute interval running workouts that gradually increase in difficulty, it’s a great way to start making exercise a part of your daily routine.
