Study ‘Ritual’ : If I’m studying at home, my house has to be completely clean, otherwise I get distracted. I usually study at the library though – if I’m at home, I procrasticook (it’s a real thing) – so every morning I pack my day’s worth of snacks and meals in neat little containers to take with me.
