No one will judge you for the amount you’re drinking. There is no need for excuses to have a cup of joe or the whole pot for that matter.

3. Exercise is good for the soul.

You will be helping exercise your body and mind. What’s better than that?

4. No need for makeup or showering.

Rubbing your eyes and not ruining your makeup is one of the best feelings in the world. You can finally let your face breath and have a reason to rock a baseball cap everyday.

4. You discover the cool local hangout spots.

Don’t get me wrong…… the touristy spots are great, but sometimes finding the hidden gem is just what you need.

5. The views will make you appreciate nature that much more.

You will find beauty in normal everyday things after it.

6. Quality time with your loved ones.

With the chaos of life, spending time with family and friends is much needed.

7. You get to be spontaneous.
