If you’re tired of dragging your heavy textbooks everywhere you go, then look no further because the geniuses at McGraw-Hill have students covered!

McGraw-Hill Education’s mission is to provide a learner-focused experience, so they’ve created ReadAnywhere™, an app designed for on-the-go students who still want to catch up with their studies. MHE has made a vast collection of their textbooks accessible in digital form. If your professor requires McGraw-Hill Connect (a system that localizes all your course materials), chances are, your book will be available on ReadAnywhere™. ReadAnywhere™ already provides access to over thirty-course disciplines, and they’re actively working to add new titles to the app to be available to read straight from your phone or tablet. Soon enough, the app will be filled with textbooks from all fields of studies. The world’s knowledge will literally fit in your palms.

After all, we are a generation that grew up alongside technology, so it’s only right that our education goes online, too. For about a decade, people have been reading their mystery and fiction novels on Kindle Fires and NOOKs. So, why should reading textbooks be any different? Textbooks have thick spines, but nearly break ours every time we carry them in our backpacks. Now, you might be worried that you won’t be able to mark up this virtual book like you would a regular paper copy, but McGraw-Hill thought of that, too! Once you’ve downloaded your eBook onto your app, you can highlight, annotate, and pinpoint specific sections so you can review them later. When you do any of these three actions, you can simply click on one of the tabs on the top to see all the things you’ve noted and marked. And here’s one other thing that makes the app superior to traditional books: a stack of paper won’t read itself, but these eBooks will. All you have to do is select a text portion and click the audio button to listen.

This MHE app makes your education accessible in and out of the classroom. We are always learning everywhere we go. That used to be true for only social, intrapersonal, and practical knowledge, but now we can rack up academic expertise as we venture outside of a traditional learning setting. There’s so much to learn and not enough time! Do you ever walk into a library lined with endless bookshelves and get overwhelmed knowing that you will never be able to read everything you want to? Well, you have to start somewhere. McGraw-Hill ReadAnywhere™ offers an ocean of nonfiction textbooks waiting for you to dive into and learn from. So instead of using your time to stalk your crush’s tagged Instagram photos for the fourth time this week, how about you get ahead on your chemistry reading assignment?

What are you waiting for? Go download your ReadAnywhere™ app and start studying digitally today!
