“My friends are fighting and both are dragging me into it!”

-The “Middle Man” Friend

Friends are bound to disagree. It’s a healthy component of friendships. It can definitely be harder when it’s an argument within a group of friends because you don’t want the dynamic of the group to change. I think the best thing to do would be to sit them down and tell them that both of them mean a lot to you. Let them know what makes you uncomfortable and where you draw the line when it comes to confrontation between the two of them. This will help them handle the situation like adults instead of using you as the scapegoat.
