Ingredients:

-½ cup coconut oil

-½ cup sugar

-½ cup brown sugar, packed

-15 ounces pure pumpkin puree

-2 eggs

-½ cup whole milk

-1 teaspoon McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice Extract

-1 teaspoon of vanilla

-1 ½ cups of flour

-1 tablespoon baking powder

-½ teaspoon salt

-½ cup chopped pecans (add on top)

Instructions:

Preheat your waffle maker and let it sit while you prepare the ingredients. Wisk the coconut oil, sugars, pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk. After mixing these ingredients add in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix the flour baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix the wet and dry ingredients and stir until everything has combined. Place desired amount on your waffle maker for 3-5 minutes. ENJOY!

Ingredients:

-3lbs Red Russet Potatoes Chunked  (not peeled)

-4 cups of chicken broth

-2cups heavy cream

-½ cup celery

-¼ cup onions

-6 tablespoons salted butter

-⅓ cup flour

-⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon hot sauce

-Add salt and pepper

Instructions:

Boil potatoes in a pan of hot water until soft. In a separate bowl add all the ingredients until the soup reaches a boil, turn the heat down and let the soup simmer for 10-15 mins. Add in the potatoes and your fall soup is ready to eat.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Salted Butter

¾ TSP cinnamon

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

6 Tbsp pumpkin puree

5 Tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Whip the softened butter, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spices and one tablespoon of the pumpkin puree. Slowly add in the rest of the pumpkin puree and stir. Add the honey and vanilla and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes. Serve at room temperature in your favorite mason jar. Festive, Fun, and Fantastic!

Pumpkin Bread Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¾ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

⅛ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the pumpkin eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Combine the dry ingredients then mix with the wet. Pour loaf into a pan and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy the flavors of fall.

Apple Cider Ingredients:

8 gala apples, cored and quartered

4 sticks of cinnamon

1 tablespoon whole cloves

1 tsp whole allspice

10 cups of water

½ cup brown sugar

Instructions:

Places your apples into a slow cooker. Add in your cinnamon sticks cloves, spices and the 10 cups of water. Cook on high for 3 hours. Mash the apples with a potato masher and add in the brown sugar. Cook for an additional 1-3 hours. Strain out the liquids and DRINK UP!
