Documentaries: The Way to Kill Time Over Spring Break

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Endicott chapter.

If you were like me and had A LOT of time to kill over break, I found a solution for all of us: Documentaries

Documentaries or Docu-series, mostly from HBO and Netflix, are the best and most productive way to kill time whether over break or not. Documentaries are usually just one story so it’s only a length of a movie or a four to eight episode series. There is no big commitment, and you learn something. True crime, fraud stories, or just any kind of a conspiracy documentaries are probably the most interesting and the ones in the most supply. Plus when you get back from break, you can share with your friends this crazy interesting story and make them as interested as you. Both Netflix and HBO have a whole collection of them. Here are the documentaries and docu-series I watched over break and whenever I need to kill time.

On HBO:

The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley

Won’t You Be My Neighbor?

Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind

Beware the Slenderman

On Netflix:

Shirkers

Casting Jonbenet

Abducted in Plain Sight

Wild Wild Country

Dark Tourist

7 Days Out

The Keepers
