Intuition is a special gift. I believe that every person has intuition, but few realize how powerful it truly is. Intuition is sometimes described or referred to as a “gut feeling,” but there is a much deeper meaning to it. From my perspective, intuition is also God’s voice and it is the Lord’s way of speaking to you. God speaks to us in many ways and I truly believe that intuition is one of the ways he speaks to us. Sometimes intuition will provide you with a certain feeling or thought about something or someone, I encourage you to believe it.

I have had many situations that dealt with fake friends, fake lovers, sex, and just general situations that I needed clarity on. For instance, this school year my intuition has helped me shed and let go of dead friendships. One day, I woke up and finally realized that I deserve better and that friendships should be a two-way street. After my intuition spoke to me, I realized that I deserve what I put out and this realization has changed my life in so many ways.

I can honestly say that my intuition has helped me find answers to problems and it has helped me find myself. I encourage individuals, especially women, to soul search and listen/speak to your intuition. Listen to your spirit, and I promise you it will provide you with the answers you need.  However, sometimes the answer won’t come instantly, but with time, prayer, and persistence, it will come!

Also, I encourage women to pay attention to signs from God and the universe because your answer could be right in front of you. Sometimes we receive signs and don’t even realize it. Most times intuition, God, and signs from the universe work together to provide you with encouragement, affirmations, and reminders that you are on the right track.

Whether it’s a situation about sex and whether or not you are ready to cross that line with your partner or something else that is on your mind, your intuition will be within you to help you decide. My advice is to stay patient, stay focused, breathe, and remember that everything is working for your good. In due time, you will understand everything, even if it doesn’t seem like it. Always remember that every situation has a purpose.
