I wouldn’t call myself a fashion guru, or honestly anyone who knows anything about fashion. I am just a normal college gal who enjoys watching way too many YouTube videos and following 100 too many influencers on social media. I enjoy learning about the current trends, but sometimes I get too nervous to even try them myself. Below are my five favorite trends that I have been wanting to try for the past few months.
1. Fila Sneakers
I think that these chunky sneakers are super cute and they look so comfy. I love that they add height to you without having to wear heels, and you can dress these shoes up or down! I personally like the classic ones the best, but Fila sells many different kinds, so there are some for every style!
2. Matching Sweatpants and Sweatshirt Set
I think that this look is super cute and it makes you look like you put in a lot of effort, even though you didnt. I think that these sets are very trendy right now and I see a lot of influencers wearing them out and about. I love these styled with your hair up in a messy bun and basic sneakers on.
3. Anything Star Printed
Okay, okay, I know that this has been a trend for some time now, but recently I have been loving it. I love to wear things that have prints, and stars just make it more fun! If you are looking to spice up an outfit next time, reach for a star printed shirt or jewlery to make an outfit more fun :)
4. Biker Shorts
This trend is something that I have been a fan of since the fall! Not only are these super awesome to workout in, but they conform to your body and create a nice frame to your legs and hips! In addition to workouts, they’re a super cute on-the-go outfit to just run errands in.
5. Neon
Neon clothing is super new and trendy in 2020 and I want to jump on that bandwagon! I think that it adds a fun pop to any outfit and can make a plain outfit super fun and exciting! Try incoorporating a neon sweater or even a neon beanie into your next look!
