Dear Stressed Out,
With papers, exams, and projects galore it is without a doubt that the stress is among us. This semester has not been an easy one but you are almost done! The strength and determination you have shown each and every day has not gone unnoticed. Although it may have not seemed like it, even to get out of bed each morning was a feat itself. You are so close to the finish line and you’ve got this!
It’s easy to get lost in large projects. Set a timer for 25 minutes and don’t stop working until it’s up. You’ll be amazed at how much you get accomplished! Once you get started studying, the momentum will carry you through!
