Finals season always puts me in a snacky mood. From comfort snacks to snacks that will keep you energized for those late-night study sessions, I think I have created a master list filled with variety.

Rice Krispy Treats a.k.a The Best Snack Ever

Up first is the holy grail of snack foods. More on the comfort end of the list; but my first choice all around. I eat an embarrassing amount of Rice Krispies throughout the week, they are just the perfect little pick-me-up. You can buy boxes of 60 at BJ’s or Costco. Do with that information what you will. Even though Rice Krispies are fine on their own, if you want to spice it up and add a little protein, I have discovered adding a thin layer of peanut butter on top makes for a yummy treat!

TikTok’s Bell Peppers and Cream Cheese

I know this was a trend all over TikTok last year, and to be honest, I haven’t gotten off of the trend yet. This snack requires a little more prep time but it will definitely give you a good boost of energy. I personally like using the mini bell peppers but you can use whichever kind you want. Then you just cut the pepper in half and add cream cheese as well as Tajin or bagel seasoning and you have a reasonably well-balanced snack.

Good Ole Crackers and Cheese

Moving on, a plain but reliable snack. I have recently entered my mouse era and rediscovered crackers and cheese. I specifically like the Club crackers and any sharp cheddar. This combo is elite and always hits the spot.

The Snack that Smiles Back

Last but certainly not least is Goldfish. I used to eat so many of these as a kid so this is definitely a comfort snack for me. I love bringing a bag to share when my friends and I have locked ourselves in the library until the ungodly hours of the night. They are crunchy and salty and easy to eat while studying.
