The anticipation is almost over as we begin to get closer to the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in London, and what could be better than watching the angels with friends and winning amazing prizes? The West Virginia University PINK representatives and street team members are excited to have you at their annual watch party located in the Mountainlair Ballroom at 9:00 pm! Not only will the fashion show be streamed to a large screen for everyone to see, but there will be special appearances from a variety of vendors including, but not limited too, Amazon, NSCS, The DA, Well WVU, Pack Back Books, etc. A special appearance by Gordon Gee may be in the near future as well. Upon arriving at the door, viewers will receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win more PINK goodies!
This year special performances during the fashion show are Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, and Hozier. An array of fashion trends will be shown this year including University of PINK (the collegiate collection for Victoria’s Secret), Exotic Traveler ( eclectic mix of jewels, textures, and bold colors that reflect the adventurous ancient cultures), Fairy Tale (mixtures of glitter and romanticized fabrics), Dream Girl (the seductive slumber party with retro details), Gilded Angels (gold is EVERYTHING), and Angel Ball (extravagant black, white, lace, and opulent lingerie).
But the most important and most anticipated product of the 2014 show are the two Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bras by Mouawad! These extravagant and intricately designed bras are worth $2 million dollars and will make everyone’s mouths drop in awe. The two breathtaking designs will be worn by Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio.
