WPUNJ’s Musical Marathon: Brave-A-Thon 7

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at WPUNJ chapter.

Keeping up with the latest music and trendiest bands is all a part of being a savvy collegiette. For us here at WPUNJ, we’re blessed to have many musical resources available to us! Thanks to our awesome music and communication departments, and our award winning radio station and TV station, WP88.7 Brave New Radio and WPTV-6, we’ve got many opportunities and events to check out to keep in the know. This Friday, #TeamHobart hosted their 7th annual Brave-A-Thon, a 15 hour musical marathon where each hour a new act took over the air waves and played their music live for listeners. Students of all majors, but mostly communication, came together to make this production a succesful one.

If you missed it, HCWPUNJ has your scoop on all the cool musicians that graced the stage at Brave-A-Thon and we encourage you to check them out! You can also check out the #Braveathon7 hashtag to see posts, photos and videos of the event.

TigermanFive WPU alumni got together to create their own band called Tigerman. The jazz/rock group kicked off Brave-A-Thon at 9am with a lively jam session. This was their second time on the show and they continue to impress.
