Meet Me at the Center of the Earth (or Downtown Seattle)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Washington chapter.

Alright, so I have to admit that I was a little bummed that this exhibit was not by the Nick Cave that comes to mind when I hear the name “Nick Cave”. It’s a different artist, but…

MAN, THIS LOOKS AWESOME.

Coming March 10th to the Seattle Art Museum is the exhibit Meet Me At the Center of the Earth, where artist Nick Cave will showcase his “soundsuits”. I’d explain them right now, but I don’t think I would do them justice. Here is a visual, which does a much better job than I would do:

Again, this starts March 10th and goes all the way until June 5th. If you’re interested, check out the exhibit page on the SAM website. First Thursdays of every month are discounted ticket days (it’s also free to get in, if you only want to see the SAM permanent collection), but it can get pretty busy in the evening. This should be really good!
