When people think of experimenting with hair colors and dye they think ofneutral colors. Well, this summer everyone should shake it up and step outside of their comfort zone with more eccentric and offbeat colors! There is an array of choices so why not go all out this summer? Here are some of the most lively colors for you to think about trying this summer!

Vibrant Colors

Purple, blue, and orange are great vibrant summer colors to try out this summer. Another vibrant color to try, that many girls shy away from, is emerald green. All of these colors can be worn extremely bright or semi dark depending on what type of dye you use on your hair. These deep colors can make any hairstyle pop and they look great on all hair textures. If you are nervous about going with more vibrant colors you can make it more subtle by using natural colors at the root or as a highlight. Orange and emerald green look great with brown colors. Orange is also complimented by reds and blonde colors. Purple and blue also look great with black and/or grey depending on how you style your hair.

Pastel Colors

Depending on the brand of dye you decide on you can easily find soft pinks, purples, and blues. Grey is also a great color if you want to step outside of the box without going too crazy. These colors are stand out, but they are much softer than the above options.  Pastel colors are great for transitioning from spring to summer or from summer to fall. If you are nervous about trying a pastel hair color all of these pastel colors look great with a dark colored root.

If you are nervous about dying your natural hair it is recommended that you dye extensions and wear that hair as a protective style. If you are worried about achieving any of these unique colors hair dye can be found online, at Sally’s Beauty Supply, or your local hair store! Hopefully these photos will give you hair inspiration this summer!
