5 Series/Films You Can Watch Without Netflix or Hulu!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Valdosta chapter.

HI guys! So, for those of us who can’t afford to be paying for Netflix/Hulu or who are just into looking at different things, YouTube is a great alternative! I personally love supporting indie artists and seeing people work with what they have. I’ve put together a list of my favorite 5 short films/series on YouTube that I think you all would enjoy. Just as a warning, if you don’t have the patience for indie style movies (basic quality, and developing acting skill) you may not like these.

Also, the majority (actually all lol) of these films/series are a product of Issa Rae productions; which means it’s all people of color! I think that’s exciting and even more a reason to watch these shows; it feels good to see people of color in creative spaces!
