Sometimes it’s 2 in the morning and all you can think about is how much you are craving chocolate, potato chips, and coffee ice cream. Other times, we assume that something that is advertised as “healthy” actually is healthy, when really there are much healthier options out there. Here is my version of “Eat This not That” so you can make better informed decisions about eating.

Sodas, fruit juices, and many teas are advertised as healthy but are laden with sugar and empty calories, so be aware how many calories you drink a day. When you feel a craving coming on just be aware that there are healthier options that will keep you satisfied and fit!
