A couple of weeks ago Her Campus USFSP had the pleasure of interviewing freshman Aleek Nibbs about his journey with waffles. We decided to step into Aleek’s kitchen this week to learn more about his famous waffles and watch the magic happen. Take a break from studying and get your aprons ready for the Waffle Man.

Evy Guerra is a Journalism major at USFSP. After graduating she would like to write for the news to help tell stories that need to be heard. She loves reading memoirs, watching Parks and Recreation, and listening to Beyoncé with her sisters.

Megan Hammer is a junior at USFSP and is majoring in Global Business. She loves to travel, write, and listen to music. She is a musician herself, so she enjoys playing with other musicians in her spare time. An Illinois native, she is interested in experiencing different cultures and trying new things. Some places she has traveled to include Monaco, France, Germany, Italy, and England. Megan is constantly on the lookout for her next great adventure. She dreams of joining a volunteer service organization and giving time to communities in South America or Africa.
