Meet Jenny Gogol – a girl with an infectious laugh and a smile to brighten up even your worst day. She’s finishing her junior year this semester and is from our great neighbor state, Colorado. She is majoring in marketing with an emphasis in advertising and public relations and is part of the Navigators, a CBA Ambassador, and Her Campus. She is also studying abroad next semester in Southern France. (so jealous!)
Why did you choose to be a part of Her Campus?
“It was something really different. I was kinda stuck in a place where I needed more girl friends so I was like, this seems really awesome.”
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
“Im Polish. My dad’s whole side of the family is still in Poland. I understand a lot of Polish and I’ve been to Poland. If you’ve ever seen the movie my Big Fat Greek Wedding that is my family, polish style. That is literally my family.”
What is your dream job?
Account planner at an advertising agency. They work on the strategy side of building a campaign.
Favorite food?
That’s hard. I really like food! I’m a pretty healthy eater, but then at the same time I really love fried chicken and sweet tea. It goes both ways!
What drink do you get at a coffeeshop?
If I’m in the mood for coffee I’ll get a Americano, I like it black. I drink tea a lot so normally it’s a mint green tea.
What do you enjoy watching?
I’m just kinda all over the board. I like anything from the Notebook to The Lord of the Rings. For TV shows, I love anything from Friends to Sons of Anarchy.
Something on your bucket list?
I want to climb at least 10 14er’s (mountains that are at least 14,000 feet).
