Summer’s finally over, you’re cramming the car full with everything from bed risers to shower caddies and your about to embark on the much anticipated journey to FREEDOM!!!!… otherwise known as college. Before you dive head first into a pool of deception, you’ll want to make sure you’re geared up for what’s really to come, and not the false advertisements you’ve previously seen in movies and TV shows. Yes, you’ll laugh until you cry, yes, you’ll have tons of freedom, yes, you’ll pull some all-nighters and yes, you might even party like its 1999. Don’t get me wrong, college is one big Happy Meal of fun, but, inevitably, it comes with a steaming side realizations too.
Here are some of the expectations you might have going in to school versus what really happens:
Expectation: You’ll choose to stay healthy all the time

Expectation: This laptop will make me take so many more notes AND make me smarter!
