HC: How did you choose your major(s)?ES: I actually changed my major like 3 times before I settled on psychology and criminal justice. I started off as a biology major then went to nursing and then psychology. I added the CJ major at the beginning of last semester. All my elective classes were criminal justice related and my counters suggested I add Criminal Justice as a major instead of keeping it a minor.
HC: What is your plan for after graduation?ES: After I graduate I plan of going to law school. I would like to become an international lawyer.
HC: Are you part of any on campus clubs?ES: I’m part of the Criminal Justice club, I’m in the process of becoming a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity. I also contribute to our UNF edition of her campus, I mostly do the campus cutie feature.
HC: Tell us about the process of picking a campus cutie?ES: What usually happens is one of us sees a cute guy/girl and the I go up to them and tell them about her campus and ask them if they would like to be our cutie. If they say yes we interview them and asks them to send us a cute picture! Just an FYI soon we’re going to be asking our readers to nominate campus cuties!
HC: Who is/are your role model(s)?
ES: My parents. They came to the US to escape a war and ended building a great life here. My mom and dad came to the US with nothing, and they didn’t know any english. I remember my dad telling us how he spent his last $1000 on a crappy car so that he could get a job. My parents, worked hard and never gave up. They went from working minimum wage jobs to owning their own company. They are my role models.
HC: What is your dream job?ES: Doing nothing and getting paid a lot, basically I would love to be a Kardashian. Just kidding, my dream job is to be a international human right attorney and work for the U.N.
HC: What’s one really interesting thing about you?ES: Well I’ve been to almost every country in Europe!
HC: What’s your favorite quote?ES: “Love yourself first.”
