With March arriving this week everyone is ready for the Spring Break season to start. Just one of the many places to find fashion-forward rain boots is Maurices, a store just outside Dillards. Another trick to be more “springy” in a cooler climate is accessory scarves. Colorful scarves can make an outfit look new and spring-like at very little cost. Hey- maybe even pair a bright green scarf with some flower patterned rain boots!
