There is no doubt that it can be challenging to maintain a healthy lifestyle in college. There is a constant abundance of pizza, sandwiches, chips and every other fatty food. Luckily, UCLA does have several healthy eating options, making the freshman fifteen much more avoidable.   Below is a list of favorite under 400-calorie meal options from the quick-service restaurants on the Hill. These meals are not only low in calories but incredibly satisfying and filling. 

Greek Yogurt Parfait (Cafe 1919) 290 Calories

Greek Vegetable Pita Sandwich (Bruin Cafe) 348 Calories
