It’s that time of the quarter again and finals are upon us. With winter quarter coming to an end, there will soon be no need for late night coffees or studying the night away. Here are some tips and resources to prepare you for the week ahead.

  1. Free Coffee! Yes, you read that right. Starting now through finals week, Kerckhoff Coffee House and Bruin Buzz will be serving free coffee after 9 p.m. up until 12 a.m. This is definitely an opportunity you do not want to miss out on.
  2. If you want to study late on campus but are worried about getting home late, there will be a van service that will take you to where you live if you live around the Westwood area. The service will run from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. and you can meet the driver at the Ackerman Union A-level information desk.
  3. Powell Library is another great place to get your study on and free treats. Around 11 p.m. to midnight, Powell will serve coffee and fruit to keep you going. You can find this on the second floor, by the circulation desk.
  4. If you plan on spending the night on campus, I highly suggest studying at YRL. With their Café 451, you will have a variety of options to choose from. Hours may vary for finals week.
