From nature hiking to being an animal lover, Marie Garcia is a well rounded student who is on her A game. Establishing herself within the school community, Marie likes to partake in sich things media and production related and has hopes of declaring a communications major.
1. What is your dream career?
I’m unsure of what exactly to do but for sure I would like to travel abroad and make something out of those adventures.
2. What extra curricular activities do you take part of?
My classes take up a lot of my time which is why I don’t honestly participate in a lot of activities but I have a small job at a restaurant.
3. What are some hobbies that interest you?
I like hanging out with my family and I really love to dance because it is such a stress reliever. I like listening to cumbia, salsa, and bachata and I seriously love to dance, I hope to join a club soon.
4. What are your motivations?
My family, just seeing how much she struggles financially for me to go to school. I hope to obtain a career in which I get to help her out in return and care for her just how she did for me.
5. What do you feel you have to do to be successful?
I just have to remind myself that every time I feel I can’t keep going, I think of my family and I it motivates me to keep going through all the obstacles.
