12 Fall Recipes For The Halloween Season

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCLA chapter.

Now that we are officially halfway through October, it’s time to head into the kitchen and figure out which recipes are going to be your new go-to favorites to serve to your families this holiday season! We have done most of the work for you and we came up with six pumpkin flavored desserts and six other desserts that you can make with your leftover Halloween candy (if you have any leftovers that is).

1. Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Bars with a Streusel Topping

We think the photos for this recipe say it all.

2. Candy Corn M&M White Chocolate Fudge

Your leftover M&M’s and candy corn would fit perfectly into this recipe, but don’t hesitate to chop up leftover candy bars and substitute those for the candy they use in this recipe.

3. Pumpkin Doughnuts

Doughnuts are already delicious so why not add some pumpkin flavoring to spice them up?

4. Witch’s Brew Brownies

All you need for this recipe is brownie mix, the ingredients on the box, and your leftover Halloween candy! The edible eyes are definitely a quirky and fun addition.

5. Pumpkin Fudge

Fudge is one of those classic holiday favorites and you can definitely make a lot of different flavors that will impress all of the picky eaters in your family.

6. Halloween Ice Cream

You could basically make any type of ice cream flavor and add leftover chocolate or fruity candy to the ice cream.

7. Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

We’ve made a recipe like this before and we highly recommend it. The combination of the warm pumpkin cookie with the cream cheese frosting is amazing.

8. Skillet Baked Candy Bar Stuffed Double Cookie
