Summer is just around the corner! It is time to start thinking of fun activities to do while on break!  Because the quarter system can be very stressful and we still have four more weeks and finals to get through, I thought I would share with you a list of activities to do this summer than can inspire inner peace.

  1. Go on a hike.

  2. Take yoga or pilates classes.

  3. Get a full-body massage.

  4. Jump into the pool for a swim.

  1. Paint a picture.

  2. Hang out with friends.

  3. Go see a movie.

  4. Listen to meditation music.

  1. Try essential oils.

  2. Sleep!

  3. Go to the beach.

  4. Take a spontaneous road trip.

  1. Read a good book.

  2. Create an inspiration wall.

  3. Go to a museum.

  4. Take yourself shopping.

  1. Take a long, warm bath.

  2. Go to a new restaurant you have been wanting to try.

Hi! My name is Nat and I am a third year student at UC Irvine. I'm proud to call sunny Los Angeles my hometown.  I love being a tourist in my own city; going to museums, trying new places to eat, and exploring locations for cute photo-ops!
