This weeks Campus Celebrity goes to actress Sanaa Lathan.
Borned in New York City, Sanaa grew up with parents emerged in the entertainment industry. Her mother was an actress and dancer on Broadway and her father worked behind the scenes in television for PBS.
After high school, Sanaa attened UC Berkeley where she earned an English degree. She later went on to attend Yale, where she earned a degree in Drama.
Lathan most famous movies include “Blade” and “Alien vs. Predator.”
Beside being an actress in Hollywood, Lathan also does theatre. Her most current role is in the production By The Way, Meet Vera Stark by Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage.
Rumor Alert: It is rumored that Sanaa is dating San Francisco 49ers QB, Colin Kapernick.
Sanaa Lathan’s most current film The Best Man Holiday was released this month.
