Caitlin Quinn before becoming UC Berkeley’s External Affairs Vice President was working with CalSERVE to develop a strategy of the most important issues she thought were important for the Cal community. Quinn decided to run because she believed that there should be equality among Cal Students and a that everyone should have a valid education.
Quinn was one of the two queer community-endorsed Senate candidates that decided to run. Successful, Quinn won the position of External Affairs Vice President and is now working hard on the issues that are most important for her and for the student community.
Fun Fact: Quinn worked with Assembly-member and former Cal Bear, Nancy Skinner.
The beautiful thing about Caitlin Quinn is that she believes in the importance of diversity and that is what UC Berkeley is… a university full of diverse students.
