This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Conn chapter.

Some women love watching sports even more than men. Because we are not all like Andy Anderson from How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days, below is a list of 7 ways to enjoy Super Bowl Sunday as a woman with no interest in football.

1. Puppy bowl XI

Puppies playing football? Can you think of anything more entertaining than that? Tune into Animal Planet on Sunday and experience the cutest game of football you have ever seen.

2. Making festive treats

3. Check out boys at the football party, then find a cute one to explain the game to you

Even if you know all of the rules of football, it may be acceptable to pretend you don’t just for this game. You never know, you could be spending your first date laughing at the fact that you pretended to be football illiterate the first time you met.

4. Watch just for the commercials

What are you going to talk about in class on Monday if you don’t watch the best commercials of the night? Don’t risk being left out of every conversation!

5. Get in the spirit – dress the part, have a few beers and yell at the refs

6. Taste test EVERYTHING

Okay, you are not there for the game and don’t mind feeling left out the next day- at least enjoy as many snacks as possible.
